We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please follow the return and exchange procedures outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
Timeframe: The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Item Condition:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
For cleaning supplies and disposables: No leaks, spills, or damage to the product packaging.
For home décor items: No scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
Excluded Items: The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to hygiene or safety reasons:
Opened cleaning supplies, paper towels, or disposable tableware
Customized home décor products
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange process:
Contact Our Support Team: Send an email to info@21asiangroceryinc.com with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number].
Provide Required Information: In your email, include the following details:
Your full name, shipping address, and phone number
Order number and date of purchase
Name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Clear reason for return/exchange (e.g., defective item, wrong product received, item damaged during shipping)
Attach photos of the item, its packaging, and any damage (if applicable) — this helps us process your request faster.
Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return shipping instructions.
Note: Returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Instructions
Pack the Item Securely: Place the eligible item(s) back into their original packaging, and seal the package to prevent damage during transit.
Label the Package: Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in delayed processing or rejection of your return.
Ship the Package:
For defective items, wrong products, or items damaged in shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid shipping label will be provided in the approval email.
For customer’s change of mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Address: The designated return address will be included in your approval email. Do not ship items to our warehouse address without prior authorization.
4. Refund & Exchange Processing
Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility. This process may take 3-5 business days upon delivery to our warehouse.
For Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
For Exchanges:
If you request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, we will ship the replacement item to you for free once the returned item passes inspection.
If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference before shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@21asiangroceryinc.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will:
Offer a full refund, free exchange, or reshipment of the item at our expense.
Arrange for the damaged item to be picked up (if necessary) with no cost to you.
