1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Timeframe: The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Item Condition:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    • For cleaning supplies and disposables: No leaks, spills, or damage to the product packaging.

    • For home décor items: No scratches, dents, or signs of wear.

  3. Excluded Items: The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to hygiene or safety reasons:

    • Opened cleaning supplies, paper towels, or disposable tableware

    • Customized home décor products

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to start your return or exchange process:

    • Note: Returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed.

3. Return Shipping Instructions

  1. Pack the Item Securely: Place the eligible item(s) back into their original packaging, and seal the package to prevent damage during transit.

  2. Label the Package: Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in delayed processing or rejection of your return.

  3. Ship the Package:

    • For defective items, wrong products, or items damaged in shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid shipping label will be provided in the approval email.

    • For customer’s change of mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

  2. For Refunds:
